As your dedicated naturopath at Maddie Lyons Naturopathy, I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes changes or emergencies may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. While I am committed to providing you with the best care possible, I also value your time and the structure of my schedule.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

You have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled consultation with no additional charge. I do appreciate you making contact as soon as possible to allow your appointment time to be rebooked.

2. Late Cancellations and No-shows:

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee is due.

3. Cancellation Fees:

For Initial Consultations: $185 cancellation fee.

For Follow-up Consultations: $115 cancellation fee.

For Acute Consultations: $50 cancellation fee.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To make changes to your appointment, please get in touch with me via email: maddie@maddielyonsnaturopathy.com.

5. Refunds:

Full refunds will be issued if the cancellation is more than 48 hours before the appointment start time.

6. Exceptions:

I understand that unexpected emergencies or extenuating circumstances may arise. If you find yourself in such a situation, please reach out to me as soon as possible to discuss your unique circumstances.

7. Practitioner Cancellations:

In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will endeavour to notify you with 48 hours notice and work with you to find an alternative time that suits you.
