Maddie Lyons Naturopathy provides naturopathy consultation services, including health assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing care. My services are based on holistic principles and aim to support and optimise your health and wellbeing. 

1.2 Telehealth Consultations: 

My Telehealth consultations are conducted online through Telehealth, using secure video conferencing or other digital communication platforms. By engaging with my services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of Telehealth for your consultations. 

2. Client Responsibilities: 

2.1 Accurate Information: 

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, symptoms, and any relevant health-related details. This information is vital for my naturopathic assessment and the development of appropriate treatment plans. 

2.2 Compliance: 

You agree to comply with all instructions, recommendations, and treatment plans provided following consultation. It is your responsibility to inform me of any changes to your health status or medications during the course of your treatment. 

2.3 Consultation Environment: 

You are responsible for creating a suitable environment for your Telehealth consultations, ensuring privacy, adequate lighting, and a stable internet connection. Any technical issues or interruptions during the consultation are beyond my control. 

3. Consultation Fees and Payment: 

3.1 Consultation Fees: 

Consultation fees for my naturopathy services are outlined on my website or provided to you upon enquiry. These fees are subject to change, and you will be informed in advance of any fee modifications. 

3.2 Payment Terms: 

Payment for consultations is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. I accept payment through approved methods such as credit/debit cards or bank transfers. Late or non-payment may result in the cancellation of scheduled consultations. 

3.2 Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation fees may apply, outlined in my Cancellation Policy.

3.3 Maddie Lyons Naturopathy Gift Vouchers:

All Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of supply.

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and health information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. I will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as outlined in my Privacy Policy.

While I take reasonable measures to ensure the security of Telehealth consultations, it is important to acknowledge that digital communications may carry inherent risks. I recommend taking necessary precautions, such as using a secure network and maintaining the privacy of your personal devices.

My naturopathic consultations provide general advice and recommendations based on your individual circumstances. While I strive to provide accurate and reliable information, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. My advice does not replace professional medical care or treatment. 

5.2 Exclusion of Liability: 

To the extent permitted by law, Maddie Lyons Naturopathy and its representatives disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of its services or reliance on the information provided, including but not limited to loss of data, income, or personal injury.

All intellectual property rights associated with my website, content, and materials, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and graphics, are the property of Maddie Lyons Naturopathy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use my intellectual property without prior written consent.
